What is the wiring harness under the drivers seat? I did a search and didn't find anything. Thank you!

Well if you have power seats etc, it could be for that. I have a plug but don't power seats and I always assumed it was for the seat belt light to tell when your seatbelt is plugged in or not.

No power seats so it must be the seat belt deal.
