Just swap in what you had. Otherwise add a computer to the list too. Also I think the injectors may be different on the 5.9 Also remember you have egr.

a newer 5.2 will prb work without a problem, but you will need to reuse your intake. Perfect time to fix your plenum gasket if you haven't already. You might also need to swap over your exhaust manifolds for the egr. Other than that, I think the 5.2 option is the easiest.

I dont remember about the motor mounts. But if you swap a 5.9, now you need the engine, you need the computer, the balancer & flywheel (should be on a junkyard motor), injectors etc. I haven't done a swap so i could be missing something, but last time i looked it up thats what I came across. The intake bolts up, and the exhaust should swap.

check out my other thread, it shows the cold air intake.......the filter is right in front of the grille opening and i was out goofin off in the bottoms and i splashed through a big puddle and it died coming out.....thats when i actually thought about the CAI.....i figured it just got wet and my engine died...but then when i tried to start it, my starter just clicked, so i went and got one and put it on and the same click.....my fatherinlaw had me take the plugs out to see if my engine was locked up and sure enough it was....the plugs were wet and from what i can tell from dipping a stick in one of the holes...theres about 1/4" of water on top of the pistons.....stupid me.......
