Did you adjust the rear brake shoes properly before bleeding them? How does the e brake work?

So the pedal feels firm and back to normal or it still goes to the floor or is it super hard now and you can barely press it? It won't stop the truck at all or won't slow it down very much?

Without the power booster you have essentially manual brakes and it should be hard(er) to press the pedal. Like you were trying to come to a stop without the truck running. It is tough to brake that way. It would take more foot to get it to slow and stop. The power booster is just to make braking pedal easier. But, it is now too easy with it connected. Maybe it is not connected back to the right place on the engine when you were swapping stuff out? Maybe the master cylinder isn't the right one for your truck?

If you haven't done so already, I HIGHLY reccomend that you replace your rubber lines going to the calipers. Even though they aren't leaking, over time they swell from the inside out. You'll never see the problem. I usually replace mine every 3 -5 years or so depending on how much I drive.

I usually use a new one every time I'm with my wife, but if you can get a rubber to last you 3-5 years, good job Mayfair!

another thing to mention is when the time comes for new rotors & pads, swap in some power stops from summit racing. I did that swap on my 2000 & the results were awesome.
