Default bigger tires

hey guys, im new to this site and i recently just bought a 95, dodge ram 2500 4x4, i was wonderin if a couple of you guys cold help me out with some questions. The tires on my truck look like donuts, they are the 245-75-16, tiny *** tires, anyways i wanna go bigger, what i was plannin on doin was gettin 15" wagon wheels for my truck, first question, is their any clearence problems with the brakes and frame with a 15" rim, whats the widest i could go on these too? Also, i've heard that i can fit 35's confortably with a 2" leveling kit, is it true? Last question, i promise, anyone have any problems with the bf goodrich A/T T/A KO? thanks alot for whoever replies

I believe with a 95, 15" rims will work fine and clear the brake caliper but I would double check first. Generally people run 2" level or 3" lift and run 33's 5" to run 35's As far as width, i think its 33x12.5 ish for the 2 or 3" in the front. Don't quote me on any of that information. It's just what I recall reading from a few places however the bf goodrich AT are great tires. Have had two buddys stand behind them 100%. Hope that answers what you needed.

If your going to run 35's make sure ur offset is far enough out so you dont rub on your axel links. They tear off lugs really easy lock to lock. I ran 35's with no lift an had no clearance issues other than that. (what was on the truck when i bought it) i dropped to 33's when i put my 5" skyjacker kit on, the stock gears cant handle the 35's to well. Crap acceleration, cant hold hwy speeds, and its awful hard on your tranny. Gears are my next investment. Just my opinion.
