Got a leak at the fitting where the fuel line attaches to the pump. This is one of those I guess you would call it a quick disconnect. There is a blue plastic gadget with 2 tabs attached to the metal pipe coming out of the pump. The fuel line ends in a black plastic connector with 2 slots in it. The tabs of the blue gadget fit in the slots of the black fitting.

I'm wondering first of all what would caue that to leak? Only thing I can figure is maybe there was an O-ring inside the fitting that fell out when I had it disconnected? Any ideas where I might find a replacement fitting?

This is a 2000 Ram 2500 with a gas engine
