If you want to operate the lights with the headlights do not take a feed from the headlights. Take the feed from the parking lights. They are on at anytime the headlights are on. You can feed a relay from the parking light feed by running a switch leg up to the dash fascia switch. You can then feed the relay coil with the switched feed. The other relay coil lead will go to a grounding point. Then run +12 volts to one relay contact and from the other contact feed the fog/driving light. Take the other side of the fog/driving light to a ground point. It is not complicated at all. You should be able to pick up a factory OD/Fog light switch on ebay. It mounts on the RS of the speedometer fascia with 2 screws.
