I didnt put a bunch of lucas, maybe like a cup? when i go by a wal mart i'll put some mopar atf +4 cause it looked low in neutral.

Why do you automatically say it'll need an overhaul if i put lucas in it?

If I had the money I'd probably go with APS though I was referred to Dr Evil when I wanted to put a 200r4 in my old nova; just never had that kind of money to spare.

Lucas is junk. Its snake oil garbage. It has the properties of break fluid. When you put break fluid in your transmission, it soaks into anything rubber and SWELLS it up. Thats why lucas "works" when people are having certain problems with their transmissions. The seals swell to twice their size and become very rubbery and squishy. They try and push out of where they are supposed to be. And sometimes do. Continual use of lucas will cause a brown gunk to build up EVERYWHERE, it stains everything nasty brown and the build up is tough to get out and eventually works its way into the valve body. The swelled seals with also cause hard parts damage, they are pushing beyond what they were meant to.

Will I don't use it continually. Just a little to see what the thicker fluid could do.
