Default WTF Is Wrong???

Ok, today i was going down the road, and the motor started too feel like it was pooping and it was losing power. The CEL light would flash anytime i put a load on it. It felt like it was missing. I took it to Autozone, to get it checked, and it said that i had a cylnder 2 & 4 missfire. So, does anybody know WTF is wrong? Thanks.

After I changed my cap and rotor my truck did the same thing. Turns out I didn't snap the plug wire tight on the cap.
