I have talked to him about prices. I won't post them here though so if anybody else does. I will say that if you add up his tune price with most used SCT prices you pay more then his SCT w/ unlimited tweaks price. When I buy one I will be getting it from him. He's been helpful and has answered all my questions I've had so far.

How does the SCT work? If I buy a used one, can I copy my current PCM tune, make modifcations to it and save as a different tune file? Does it also read OBDII? Does it display PCM I/O's in real time?

SCT is a tuner for your pcm. You can copy your current tune, but as for making modifications to it i dont think so. The sct is supposed to be tuned by a prof. given the specs on your car. Creating a custom tune to match your vehicle exactly. It reads obd2.
