Default Squealing like a pig

this summer my power steering pump went in my 1995 ram. soon after i replaced it the belt began to squeal. so i replaced the self tensioner, and that didnt help, then i replaced the belt and it still made the noise. i was hoping someone may have some advice before i go replacing the entire front of my motor.

Did you replace the whole tensioner or just the pulley? If you replaced just the pulley, take the belt off (not completely, just off the tension pulley)and spray some penetrating oil into the spring part and move it back and forth to make sure it has full travel.

While it's loose, spin all the rest of the pulley's by hand and make sure they spin easily.
