when you have dual ant is really really hard to get your swr where it should be. but dual ant look really cool.
That is partially why I got the duals. They are both functional (I can't stand when people put two up and use one). The cool thing about the firestik antenna's is the "screw like" tune tip. I just worked in 1/2 turn increments on both to get me close. Just matched one to another. Actually there is a small dimple on the edge of the top of the screw so you can pretty much get it exact to the other by noting the position and working from all the way in to unscrewing it out. These duals took me about 10 minutes one day to tune up which isn't too bad. I got it as close as I can to match ch. 1 and ch 40. Does what I need it to do.

ok so take the radio out send it to me w/ a casette adapter or fmtrasmitter and ill solder it in for you so that you can plut it into the tape dek or through the radio
