Sorry, but on a pickup, your never going to have enough width to get your twin sticks down to a perfect swr... well at least not unless you put them out on some type of outrigger mount or a front to back setup. anyways that being said congrats to the guys who want to mess with them enough to get them to work properly. because I do agree it's a sweet look.

I had mine mounted under my middle seat, with a external spaker. It worked well, but was kinda a PITA to switch channels around. I ended up taking it out because the booster/repeater I made for my cell phone interferred too much. seeing as I use my cell a lot more when the towers are down the prioity was to be able to make the calls.

Cobra 29 peaked and tuned, voice toy installed. Everything just serviced. External speaker behing my head and PA to be installed behind grill. duel coax and antennas, no fiberglass crap that breaks apart. Try talking over me

I like that custom center console...only thing I would have done different is include the shift **** into it somehow...I don't have those skills.

Timidone, Off topic but was wondering if you have stock suspension/no lift? do those 285s rub, just curious
