I almost ran RP once upon a time, but I think it's just a $$$ game...I'll stick with the official oil of Nascar...Mobil 1, baby. Anymore I don't think that it really even matters... I think you could run Supertech and change it every 3K miles and be fine...

Default Compression Analysis Help - Codes P0300, P0302, P0306

This all started when my check engine light came on P0300, P0302, P0306

This is what I have done to date to get her back up running like new:
Checked Coil (checked good)
New Distributor Cap
New Rotor
Timed it perfect
New Wires
New PCV
New Plugs (AcDelco Rapidfires)
Sea Foamed the Intake (1/2 a can of Seafoam in the intake through the Brake booster hose: google it. It cleans out the intake. Did it twice) Codes went away for a short time.
Patched a few holes in the exhaust pipe
Today: Put a new exhaust manifold on the passenger side, found out rear bolt was missing, snapped off at some point inside the head, arggg. I put exhaust repair goop on manifold where broken bolt was so it would fill air gaps (seems to have worked).

The codes came back after running the engine for a short time.

I ran a compression check on her and this is what I came up with

Pass Drive

8 - 130 7 - 155
6 - 140 5 - 160
4 - 150 3 - 130
2 - 110 1 - 160

Average is a supposed to be 160.8

Looks like I need to do a valve job on the passenger side head.
That #3 cylinder is low to on the driver’s side. I am going to run that one again.

Any feedback, help on what you think this all means, please pass it along.
