need help with tachometer
i have a 98, 2500 5.9L and i'm trying to figure out how to install a tach i bought...the only thing i need to know is where to run the RPM wire. resources say to splice into the ground wire (black) on the coil
but to me the ground wire seems funny to splice into. anyone know what i could do?
oh and one thing that might help is, there's a shift indicator light in the gauge cluster....
