Well, today, I had the unfortunate reality that speed on icy roads is not a good thing. Truck went through a fence and into a field. Part of the blame goes to my bald tires, part goes to no four wheel drive, but most goes to my stupidity.

So, I went and got some sand bags. Four 80# sand bags over my rear axle. Makes a hell of a difference.

Just curious what everybody else has. I am thinking of getting two more 60# ones, but I haven't decided yet.

 

Other than the weight of my tonneau cover, I have no weight whatsoever.

 

Five 70 lb bags here.

 

how ever much the snow weighs that is sitting in it. Couldnt really even take a good guess as how much it weighs, about 4 inches worth

 

275 lbs. all on the drivers seat...

 

I just noticed it was getting cold, it was about 50* here last night....brrrrrrrr.

 

Subtract a zero from that here.

 

Studded snow tires. Still waiting for snow. Havent put them on yet.

 

Two 130 pound block lentils, and two 80 pound bags of softener salt.

 

i have my truck cap on.. prolly about 150lbs... and my tool box... another 95lbs
