there is no way you had 243hp at the wheels before any mods. there are posts everywhere that guys get only 175 to 185hp at the wheels.

you will have to do cam, fuel injectors, heads, and custum tune just to get it over 300hp.

it is pretty hard to get it over 400hp. i would think that forced injection plus stuff above, plus what you have already done, plus everything needs to be working well together might, might, get you 400hp. and then it would be stretching it.

quit trying to kid yourself and us. post up a copy of your print out. there is just no way. 243hp,yeah right. and even if it did say it there is something wrong with the dyno you are using.

Somebody's yanking your chain, man. You sure they didn't give you crank numbers? 243 at the wheels would mean roughly 290-300 at the crank...that is way too high for these trucks...

Okay I'm a little confused... whats the difference between crank and wheels? It might have been the crank... I just remember 243... This was probly 5 years ago... If I'm as far away as yall say Im going to shoot for 300 HP haha...

What yall think about superchargers? whats the cheapest yall have seen? whats the HP gain with those?

Your engine's HP is measured as the crankshaft turns the flywheel (those numbers sell cars). You have a usually a 20% loss when HP is measured at the rear wheels (Dyno). The heavier the vehicle the more drivetrain horsepower is lost.
