what speed is a stock(rebuilt) tranny in a 95 1500 5.9 gas suppose to lockup at when on the highway?

when on the highway, my truck doesnt lockup! traveling at 60-65 im around 2200 rpms and tranny temps around 180*.

whats the deal???

 

Mine, which still has the 3rd gear lockup program (I read they changed that with one of the pcm flashes to only lockup in 4th), locks up around 35 mph in 3rd gear.

 

after doing a little research i think my TPS might be off a little. going to check that out this week and see if thats my problem...probably not since that would be too easy

 

well found my problem...after 3 years! turns out my brake light switch was going bad this whole time but i had no idea since my lights still worked. well they stopped working, so i replaced it and now my lock up and cruise control both work again!
