Default 95 318 4x4 auto stall problem

There seems to be a tremendous amount of knowledge from the forum users and I desperately need some help!
My daughter has this truck in Madison, Wi. I am in Texas. 212,000 miles. The truck is regularly dying at idle, at a light or going from forward to reverse during a parking manuever. Doesn't happen every time, more often during forward reverse for parking. Maybe 70% of the time. Start the truck at night, turn on the lights and the rpm drops off or dies when the lights are turned on. No cel. She took the truck to dealership to be put on the scope. Dealer said it needed new plugs, wires and forward O2 sensor. All those components were changed as well as TPS, IAC, battery and air filter. These new components made the overall performance better but have had little effect on the stalling problem. I have done hours of research on this forum and am out of ideas! Thanks!

I have a 96 Dodge and it's been dying after the battery has drained. It has a new alternator, new plugs and wires, and a good battery. I am about to replace the PCM (Power Control Module) the main computer. I hope that solves the issue.
