Ok so I read most of this thread...any way I have the super 44 muffler 2.5 in and out. I love it! I would recommend placing it as far back as possible under the bed...that way it would sound as loud in the cab.

Installation?!? Cut Cut, drop, lift clamp clamp...done! It growls it purrs it makes hondas pee. Enough said?

Shop around, man...everybody always gets drawn into tunnel vision with Flowmaster. There are a lot of mufflers out there that sound great and outperform Flows. Not trying to argue with anyone, just stating facts. Most of the time people want the Flows for their distinct sound...and there's not a thing wrong with that. But if you are looking for performance, there are many out there with a much heavier flow rate. It's all up to you, and I agree that Flows are sweet...I've had one on two of my previous vehicles. I really like the Dynomax Super Turbos and Bullet mufflers. The Cherry Bomb Extremes are bad, too. But I think the baddest Flowmasters are the 10-Series race mufflers...sweet. Do some online browsing and check out the variety! And be sure to post up with whatever you get.

I ran a V-Force muffler in mine 5.2 4x4 and love it. I think it really sounds better than the flowmasters. Mine runs off the cat with stock piping for about 1 foot and then into 3 inch piping for about 3 1/2 ft into a 3inch in and 2.5 inch duals out. sounds pretty sweet
