i need gears but have no idea where to get them want to get something like 4.10's or even 4.56's looked at summit and jegs foud some that i think will fit my truck but im not sure what i have. i have a 2001 dodg ram 1500 with stock 3.55 gears. and has no ***** in 4wd. need help asap. i also think that the stock axels are dana 44's but any info will helpl. thanks

 

summit racing has good price thats wear i bought mine i'm thinking of upping mine to 4:27 if i do i will be selling my 4:10 undecided yet

 

check out randy ring and pinon. www.ringpinion.com you probably have the same setup mine had. dana 44 up front with a 9.25 rear. im now runnin yukon 4.55s, and 4.56's on 35's. i bought the gears from randy's and got a lifetime warranty for about 20 or $30 more. you cant beat that warranty. it even protects against an improperly installed set with a bad pattern. call them up.

donnt waste your money on such a small change. get the 4.56's.
