if you have an exhaust shop around they should be able to get u flanges to mate to the stock manifolds and have them bend some pipe and wat not to figure out the y setup they have pipe benders and **** on hand i would assume or they wouldnt be much of an exhaust shop it dont have to look exactly like the picture just gotta y two pipes together to get one cat on her.

 

another option is to go to a muffler shop and see if they got any factory take offs
