3923's is what i recommend. i am thinking if you might need to get your gas somewhere else. where are you getting it at?

and i think that if different gas and cooler plugs donnt work,you probably have a issue somewhere else.

 

well i do have a cracked head that i still havent replaced. Was welded but now its cracked again. Im not sure if that would do it. I went down the highway today, and again under heavy i pinged, so the issue still remains. I guess i gotta get the plugs or have the tune changed if the heads dont fix it .

 

stop searching until you fix the crack, or you might just be chasing gremlins.

havent installed the headers yet. Sorry it was a typo i have a cracked header. Not a head.

 

where are you getting your gas?? might want to try somewhere else. i have always had good luck with bp and shell.

 

i don't think a cracked header would create pinging.
