As soon as a member has a valid second, anyone can shoot out a PM to that member. I do send PM's out to e1 that gets the 2nd.
Once a person gets a 2nd, he/she's spot will be saved for 24 hours (according to my time stamps and noone elses). This helps out in case 10 trucks get a 2nd for nominations, and one person is at work all day or something. This gives the workoholics a chance to get in. You can still accept after the 24 hours, however if all spots have been filled, then there is always next month. It is first come first serve on the nominations. After that I control the timeline for accepting. I will be posting through the nomination thread until it closes as far as who needs to do what to get in. This will be a little easier to understand when it gets on the way.
POSTS will look something like this:
Member1 nominated / needs a 2nd
member2 2nd / needs to accept for 3rd spot 10:24 am
member 3 accepted
member4 accepted
member5 accepted for 3rd spot 1:35 pm
Member2 is in if he can accept before 10:24 am the next day. If not member5 will get the spot. Like I said, this rule gives e1 a chance to get in equally as some members are on this site so much more than others.

No, I only have one to may name. A 86 Chevy S10-Blazer. But the S10 and Ram are my dad's trucks, and the ones I get to pick and choose when i'm 16.

my boy is 14 and has already operated everything many times. cat d11 dozer,cat 785 rock truck, cat 5130,375,385 track hoe and many different loaders,cat 992,992g and macks and pickup trucks.if any of you know anything about heavy equip thats the real stuff.been doing all that stuff since he was 8yrs old.started on a little case rubber tire hoe and case loader. even helps the mechanics work on all that stuff.havent let him run the big shovel yet. its tricky.lol
