With a chance of going to 37's I would go with 4.88's. 4.56 gears would be fine for 35's though.
Just remember, when you look at a tire size/gearing chart (I don't have a link to one), they do not factor in the added rolling resistance and weight of the bigger tires which plays a big roll in the overall drive-ability. So I always jump up one lower gear (numerically higher) when figuring the overall gearing.

Are you going to be doing the gear install? If not, I would just have the shop doing the work order everything.
The stock axles with 35's -37's and moderate abuse will last OK (but wheel bearings and ball joints will most likely be annually replaced parts). If you wheel hard with 37's it will be stressing the front 44. Are you having lockers installed? That will really help tear up the front also.

Yeah, you have a Dana 44 front and Chrysler 9.25 rear (as long as they are stock).
You may need a new carrier in the front, it depends on your current gearing.
I don't know of any upgraded wheel bearings and ball joints. They should last OK, but they do wear out quickly with abuse. The front axle joints are what will let go fairly quickly, especially with a locker and heavy abuse. Just remember to let off the throttle QUICKLY when one breaks or you will most likely take out the stub shaft as well.
The EMS lockout kit would be a good and strong upgrade (replaces the hub assembly with normal wheel bearings and lockouts as well as new stub shafts), but at almost a grand you begin to wonder if its time to upgrade to a 60.
