the thing with nitrous is, where do i put the bottle? i donnt want it in the cab and i donnt want it in the bed. and i want it hidden. i would like to it have for my future 1/4 mile test run. i donnt want to use it for everyday driving. i say everyday driving but the truck doesnt get drove that much.maybe one day a week at the most. sometimes it sets for 2 or 3 weeks before it gets drove.

might start a new thread and get everyones opinion.nitrous has been in the back of my mind for awhile.might be the new mod after headers.

Running nitrous is no different than running boost. If you don't overdo it, it's actually a lot cheaper and easier on the engine than a turbo or SC. You just have to know how much you can get away with.

That sneeky pete is pretty much worthless and you won't get the results like a regular kit, not too mention there is no fuel added with the nitrous.. You want it hidden? but there's no way you'll be able to hide the blower whine. The advantage of the nitrous is cost, ease of installation, reliability, longevity, power added, and tunability. There are plenty of places you can hide a bottle and with a remote bottle opener that list of places just grew. I have seen them in subwoofer boxes, under spare tires, small 2lb bottles hidden under dashes, inside doors, etc The places you can hide are limited by your imagination. Most of the SC and TC setups I have seen on our trucks usually relied on some half assed piggyback system to add the fuel, which usually results in a lean condition and a fragged motor. Limit your nitrous to 100-125hp on a stock motor in good condition and you'll be more then happy. Blowers are for posers with too much money and old men at car shows tryin to show off lol Yes you guys can flame away now lol
