That ford blue actually slows down a MOPAR
-20hp
Go to the parts store and spend the $20 on the chrome turn signal bulbs. That orange bulb is hideous in those new headlights.
Everything else looks pretty tight!

Love that tool...it under my bookmarks now and is deadly accurate! I estimated that for every 10 mph I was going about 1 mph more...so 30 mph = 33 mph so 60 = 66mph.
That tool said my 285/75R16 would be about 10% slower or 66.8mph when Im going 60mph...correct and confirmed!
Thanks

alright....i did the calculator and im only running 82.5% of what my speedo says, so when it says 30 im goin 25 and when im goin 60, its more like 50.....is there anyway to change this?....i know the older fords had a speedo gear you could replace.....also the smaller tires will help around the town mpgs but not highway, correct?

Lights & hood look good and the paint work you did but,,,,,,
Those tires are way small. What year is that? 97 or older your speedo will be off so when you see 100mph your really only doing about 88mph by looking at those tires dia.
If 97/older you need to change the speedo gear in trans tailshaft on drivers side to correct the speedo.
Good thing is your final probably increased to 3.94 if 3.55grs in the diff and spinning less wt (tires/rims) means less driveline loss.
Cold air kit? Not under your hood. CAI's are isolated from the engine compartment and underhood temps and get cold air from outside. I think part of your bottom end loss you noticed is from the small airfilter you used. Small filter could cause restriction that isnt overcome till high enough rpms that the tb & head work comes into affect.
