Yea I still don't know what I am going to do with this one..the carpet always dirty or wet from snow...I'd like to just spray it down and call it good. I can't see the carpet and padding reducing that much noise and keep heat in.

my only main concern would be wiring and such.

the only lose wire is the power seat wire that goes form the floor to the bottom of the seat.... the other wires are right next to the door and are inside a squar stock pipe... i will look for pic torromow, of when my carpet was out.

I have no carpet in my jeep, just the roll on bedliner, I do how ever have heated floor boards. That roll on crap is peeling up so if yuo do it get in Rhino Lined. just make sure you prep it very very well or you will have floor rust and rot. Unless you are making an off road truck ONLY, keep the carpet in or get the vynal stuff.

Depending on your build I have a vinyl floor out of a parts truck if you decide you are interested. It is a standard trans, reg. cab truck though, so yours would have to be the same.
