No, those are fuses. The relays are under the hood.

Power windows sometimes have a circuit breaker installed, but that isn't a fuse, it's a resettable or sometimes Automatic resetting breaker... But the Silver thing is definitely a relay.. Circuit breakers are relays as well... Just so you know...

Hopefully you didn't buy a Sylvania bulb. Otherwise you'll be replacing it again in about 6-8 months, most likely.
