i have a 97 ram 318 5sp 4x4 it was rolled i put a new cab on but i used all my wiring my dash my computer all my stuff just put it into a different cab now it cranks but wont start everything tests good and has power but on a scan tool it says computer not responding i need some help couldnt find any info on this subject i even pluged in different computer and had same results trying to start and with scanner anyone that could help would be greatly appreciated

 

I would start by making sure ALL the ground wires are attached .And fuses and relays are good.
