Neither would be the best, IMO.

This would be best for a MSD system:

Once you get it, go down to Menards or Lowes, by some hose clamps that will fit it, and bolt it into the stock location. There you go, stock location, awesome coil designed for MSD.

For several months now, and no, no issues.

I would have got the Blaster 3 if I could have found it locally, but at the time I was impatient and grabbed the Blaster 2 kit with the adapter for our trucks. Its available in two different packages, one package by itself, and the other (one part # higher) with accessories (which includes the adapter).

I personally would have liked it built-in, which is what the Blaster 3 is, but the adapter is OK.

Yeah Jason W. recommended me the Blaster 3 also, and with an MSD ignition system you would want it. I have have not bought the coil yet, because I have spent to much money on my truck this month. But it is on the list of things to get. And sooner or later I want to get the 6A MSD. But right now I will be putting in wires, cap, rotor from summit racing, and Autolite 3923's. I will be installing all this tomarrow night and I will be posting pictures so you can all see.
