Default Spark Plug Gap? :O

Okay, so just got my wires, cap, rotor and Autolite 3923's today. I just want to know what is the gap I should be using? And I was reading a few other things, and the way your route the wires really effects performance?

One more thing, the dielectric grease that comes with the wires, I use that on the contacts for the wires?

ID tag under my hood and the computer at Kragens says .35.

if you have not done any major modifications on your motor the best gap to use is the factory recommendation. and it was .40 Also, I you bought copper wires, and you have RCA cables running all over the place like I do, you might want to make sure that all of your RCAs are as far away from your power supply for any amps.
When I changed the plugs and wires on mine, I went with copper wires, and my RCA cables were running right next to my power supply. When the stero was turned down you could ever sound under the hood of the truck, from the cylinders, to the AC compressor kicking on and off from my speakers.

In the exact firing order stated on the intake. It is real easy if you just change the wires one at a time that way you don't get the wires mixed up.

i have a MSD-6A with stock coil and i just gap my plugs .50 and it runs fine
but if you have just stock go with .40 like firemedic stated and you should be good

Couple more things for ya..
when you change your rotor you may have to knock some burrs of the shaft with a fine grit sandpaper before putting the new rotor on.I busted a brand new one once before cause there was some rust or some kinda flotsom on there.Your dielectric grease goes on to your connections on both ends.I just put a tad in both boots and go with it.
