15" rims on 2001 dodge 4x4

Default 15" rims on 2001 dodge 4x4
hows it going guys and gals i am new at this so hang with me. I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4 off-road edition. I was wondering if i can fit 15" wheels instead of the stock 16"?

depending on backspacing i dont think so do to the brakes.

Somebody lied to you then. I am running 15's on my 2001 Dodge Ram Sport 1500 4x4 with 33's. they fit fine. however they will not fit 3rd gen due to the larger brakes. I hope this helps you out.

But see you have the sport edition he has the off road additioin. Brakes prolly a tadd diffedrent

I thought the off-roads had 17 inch tires on them....i gues someone could of changed them but i think they came out with the 17 inch wheels
