4WD Indicator
Could be the bulb, or the switch on the CAD, or the connection or wire itself. Maybe the trans shop pulled it off or some thing by accident. Maybe you should go there and tell them it was working before you brought it there, and get your pan back at the same time.
wiring. not bulb.
start with the electrical connector. clean out the mud. spray it out with wd40. sometimes that fixes it.
if you jumper the pins in the electrical connector, the dash light should come on. this tests the wires and bulbs.
you can test the light switch on the end of the cad. when in 2wd the switch is open. when in 4wd the switch should be closed. if the switch is bad you can replace it from autozone, etc for about $15-20.

I had the same problem it ended up being my 4 wheel drive acuator was bad and not locking the front hub so the 4 wheel drive didnt work and the light wouldnt come on. Once i replace that acuator for the four wheel drive the light came on.
