you might be able to find the grill at LMC truck on line.. i know they have a a lot of body parts.. might have to ordera black one and have it painted.. but i think they do paint matching for an additional cost

no, except for the aggravating damn connector. on mine the tab on the elec connector was at the top and was difficult to get ahold of. i ended up running a long thin screwdriver in to depress the tab. after that it just unscrews.

caution - on an auto its called neutral safety/reverse sw.
on a manual its different, and called backup light sw.
