No hi beams
Installed the LMC heavy duty headlight harness. Pretty sure I checked it to make sure it all worked properly after I installed it.
Now, 4 months later, my headlights shut off when I turn on the hi-beams - any suggestions?
It's a '96 4x4 extra cab with 160K miles.

Pretty sure , or it did work after you installed it? I think the lows shut off when you put on the highs,assuming you have one bulb per side, maybe they are both burned out or the mutli switch is no good.

Directionals, dimmer, wiper switch. I assume you checked relays and fuses and wiring? You might also want to remove the headlight switch and pull the plug and check for any burned contacts in the plug and on the back of the switch itself .
