According to some youtube video posted by Silver 0-60 with a QC is around 11 seconds.
Stock tires were 245/75 and optional tire size was 265/75 so that might cause it to be a little slower of the line. but who cares, 0-60 times are for sports cars and rumble-bee's.

I checked, just to see about what my truck could do, and with a qc, short box, 318, and 5 spd, 700 pounds in the bed, 265 tires, and no revving before launch, i ran about 10 seconds, not too bad, cant wait till summer, ill empty my bed, and see what the best it can run is! Oh, and, whats the most ya'll have topped the 5 spds out at?

If you have a timeslip from a dragstrip (real, not imaginary), you can use this calculator to figure out 0-60 times fairly accurately. http://www.wallaceracing.com/0-60_equation.php
Want to see how your truck stacks up against other vehicles check this link

My fastest ets/0-60s have always been in the fall (after sorting out changes)

Stock Indy 5.9 r/c s/b 4x2 3.55 & lsd
7.6 seconds (Oct 96)

Indy w/stock 5.9 but all the bolt ons & 3.91s on 28" skinnies/slicks (418final)
5.4 seconds (Oct 01)

Indy w/mild 5.9, 7psi boost on skinnies/slicks
4.1 seconds (Oct 05)

Indy w/semi rad 6.7L & 8psi boost same final ratio
Software estimated
2.59 seconds
