Default Check Your Tire Pressure

Check your tire pressure I checked mine to day I was down to 30lbs. Should be at 41. My gas mileage must have been bad I don't event want to do.

tire pressure should always be 35 for our trucks.

No, tire pressure should always be what your tire's recommended pressure rating is.

ive been told its supposed to be whats on the side of the door. which on our trucks is always 35 cold

Yeah, that is for the tires that the truck came from the factory with. All tires are not equal. Pressure ratings can vary from tire to tire, even within the same size and load range.

Go with what the side of the tire says. Ignore the door sticker.

my door says 41 but i fill them to 45.

Viper is right! Do Not fill them to the pressure on the door jamb unless you have factory tires.

And BTW! Rotating is just as important if you want to get any mileage out of them.

i could car less about these tire there a pice there shot i have no idea what pis to inflate them to. thats why i went with my door sticker when i get new tires im getting nitrogen filled tires.
