Default Got stuck and now stering is tight?

Well I got stuck pretty bad the other day and since I have been out my steering feels tighter.
When I turn a corner the wheel does not return to center as it normally did and you have to turn it manually.
The front end was buried from the front diff at an angle to the pass front wheel.the driver side was out and the passenger side was sunk down to the rockers.
The susp could not even be seen from the sabilizer to the wheel on the passenger side.
I have power washed everything underneath and got it clean.
Any ideas here?
Thanks

maybe a little bend in the tie rods, and toe-in out of whack.
alignment will probably fix it.

Depending on how much stress you put on the steering, you may have also blown a seal in the power steering pump or the valve body in the steering gear.

i dont know if you truck has one, but check the rod in the steering stabilizer, you could have bent it which would create alot of drag while turning

I agree with the others, you bent something and your toe-is is out not allowing self-centering of the wheels. Look everything over very carefully but pay the most attention to the side that was buried since it was likely holding the weight of the truck, which the steering parts will not do.
