Gauge Pod
this is what i have, bought it two years ago. when i first got it i was a little dissapointed with the quality and the fact that i had to cut a hole in the original one where the speaker mounted, and the fact that the autometer one mounts on top of the original with cheap little plastic push tabs. its a little tight to get into place due to the extra girth and wires, but iv only had to remove it once for a faulty trans temp guage, other than that no complaints, its served me well.
I purchased a dual pillar pod and instead of using those push tabs I glued it
together and clamped it with duct tape until dry. I would recommend high
strength glue that is designed for plastic.

I read something once saying the hole was in the wrong spot or something. I can't remember the link to thread but it was a guy trying to install one and the hole for the speaker didn't match up with the speaker so he had to cut some.
the speaker hole sticks out of the pillar on the stock one and the autometer pod requires a flat (no speaker) pillar to mount on, so you have to shave the protrusion off, or find a non speaker pillar. The speaker holes are in different places because the stock position is right between the two guages, so they move it toward the outside and down a bit, it still works fine though
