There's RT heads, EQ heads, Edelbrock aluminum heads, and hughesengines.com makes a stock replacement HD head that flows better than stock. You can get a set of the hughes heads for under $400 and build them up if you know how.

well the hughes heads are under $400... each, but their bare, you still need valves (lapped), springs, retainers and keepers, but its still not a bad deal. The 2.02 with swirl polish are just over $1000 w/o springs keepers and retainers and they flow better than the Edelbrocks.

which ones are you talking about? i know nothing about heads. what kind of gains can you expect from the heads you are talking about? can you get some that are just bolt and go? already loaded with everything?

DH, your years are slightly off....92+ 318's are magnum, 93+ 360's are magnum. (possibly not in all applications, eg. van's and heavy duty's, but for regular pickups).
