Default What do u recommend? 2500 tires and flares

I'm soon to be "gifted" with my dads old truck, a 94 v10 with 106,000 miles. The truck is mechnically sound, regular maintenance, blah blah.... however, being a northern truck, the rust is beginning to show. My question is 3 related parts - what tire size, flares (cut-outs?) and wheel offset would you suggest?
I'd like to keep E rated tires if possible or no lower than D. I will still use it to haul and tow - but the stock tires have always seemed too small and narrow.
Fire away! and thanks for taking the time to read.

well i really like my 315/75/16 Toyo OpenCountrys, they fit like a dream with a BDS levelling kit, the only problem is the rubbing on the control arms while at full lock. Mine are on the stock wheels and the offset is perfect... looking, for steering purposes they could be pushed out a bit. IMO flares are ugly but functional... but so are deer whistles, lol

If you are interested in some Xenon fender flares, I am looking to sell them.

I have Michelins on my 2500 with load grade E. Make sure you keep the tires rotated because the V10 really eats up the rear tires quick.

I'm looking for $250. Shipping is going to cost me about $50 I'm sure, so I need to accommodate for that.
