Vibration between 75-85
follow vw's advice and make sure there is no mud buildup on tires, wheels, driveshaft. this is common.
did the vibration start when you had the u-joints replaced. if so, then the drive shaft was probably not put back together the same way it came apart.
or did the vibration start when you last change or rotated tires. or, a balance weight might have fallen off.
check front wheel bearings by grabbing the top of the tire, truck on the ground, and pulling/pushing sideways just as hard as you can. if you feel any play, any at all, then the bearings are shot.
if wheel bearings are ok, have then tires rebalanced at tire shop. if that doesn't fix it, and you think vib started with u-joints, then remove driveshaft and take to a driveline shop and have it balanced. might also try front end alignment, but it sounds like a balance issue. or just slow down and drive less than 75. that's what i'd do.

Id slow down but well its to much fun and im constantly going down the strip so id like it to not blow up mid run. Theres nothing built up in the tires so ill try the pushing method. Im not sure if it started after i had my u joints replaced but ill try the balancing for my tires and drive shaft. Can any place do a drive shaft balance or is it just specialty shops?
When you do this, make sure you take a look at the movement of the rim and not the tire. The tire can be misleading as there will naturally be some play in it.
