Kind of disappointed in southeastrt...should i be?
ok well i have a dealership and a body shop that is available to me for working on my truck whenever and i have a nice list of parts that are waiting to go on but i wanted to do them all on saturday.....3 weeks ago i emailed southeastrt about order the RRs and then i emailed them 1 more time for good measure and still no response.......i wanted to put most of the stuff on saturday and im just curious if they dont check their email alot? or are they always like this? Ive been busy and just hvent had a chance to call them.
I didn't get mine from them either, but, not because of that reason. I'm just stupid and paid $75 more. But, every single post on here from everyone that has gotten them from Southeast said to CALL the guy, and DON"T email him. So if you didn't do what numerous posts about the subject was the recommended course of action, then who's fault is that? Don't mean to sound like a jerk, but, I do know you are a frequent visitor of this site.
haha zmann, i wasn't blaming anyone, and like i stated, in any business deal its always better to call and talk to the guy...I flash on and off here pretty quick cause im usually busy and just speed read through stuff which is why i didn't even pay attention to not email and call.
I have talked to him a couple times. He might know his **** but I honestly don't like talking to him. If you don't buy ALL your parts off him he bashes your stuff. That just bugs me. I'm like just answer my question and don't bash my parts. He also started bashing other companys that I've never even heard of

i sent them an email and got a replay it 2 days. i think that it was like 315 for them shipped i cant remember when u find out let me know. and bluebeast2 he should you buy junk lol see u tomorrow.

took him a few days to return my e-mail but he was away at some kind of show or something.
then i called him didnt get him the first time,called again later that day and talked to him. he was very helpful to me with a few tips on the rocker install. the only thing that i didnt like was he had to order the rockers from harland sharp. it was going to be like 2 weeks before i could get them.
