Cool What next?!

Alright just got my truck inspected, maintenance work, cleaned it up inside out(looks beautiful when you really work on it). I want to put something new on it whether aftermarket or replacement. But im not sure whats the smartest thing to do. I want a new exhaust, but im not sure if something else would be smarter to buy.

98 ram 1500 5.9 4x4

163k miles

I have a CAI and exhaust. Lifted and newer tires on. What next? Any input on what would be smart or cool is great thanks.

maybe new lights, head-tail-fog. no clue.

last time I paid for one it was $10

I would go with exhaust, unless you want to install a stero system... or tint....
