Use chevron fuel injector cleaner full strength, but be careful using flammables in an ultrasonic cleaner. Molecular friction will heat up any liquid and believe me, it can get HOT.

Mineral spirits works just fine.

Yes. Combination of new plenum repair and cleaned injectors worked well for me.
