how much pulling?
not sure who's your talking about, but mine aint built up, stock motor, trans, and axles, which the 9.25 rear end in 1/2 tons is the same axle they are putting in the new ones, they never changed them, that just shows how strong this rear axle is
i put those in to control how much it squats down when i load up the bed with firewood, chemicals, seedcorn, insecticide, or anything else i load it with
and also for safety reasons, when i didn't have them, the rear would bob pretty badly when i had a bed full of firewood, of course i was going down HW 12 at 60, and i didn't like the it would handle like that, after installing them, the ride is much more controlled, and handles much more safely.
but i still have to be careful not to overload the axle, brakes, and frame
