You would for sure have yourself a one of a kind, as they never made a two tone sport.

And the tail lights are the same on each model, they are just painted on the sports.
uhg, a two tone sport would be hideous, the front bumper would be two different colours. the top is tan, and the bottom is silver, silver looks better. The tail lights look the same but im pretty sure the surround on the sport models came smooth so they could be painted where the non-sports were textured, painted textured surfaces look like poo.

olyelr, i took the sport package from a 2000 and it went on my 95. i know they changed a lot of things through the years that seemed unneccesary like going from hex head bolts to torx maybe this was another change. in either case its not a big deal to drill new holes to make it fit.

I wonder if there is a weight savings by going to the 99-01 (02 2500/3500) sport bumper over the reg 94-01 style bumper? I am lookin for ways to shave weight off my 2wd sport/v10 truck

it would definitely save on weight, those steel ones are very heavy. the sport one is quite a bit lighter.

Any one interested in trading your non sport bumper and grill for my green 99' sport bumper and grill. I don't like the look of the sport. i'm sure shipping would be a killer though.
