Default Tq rockers

can someone help me I can't find the sequence and I try and watch and make sure they have cycled but when I try to turn the motor over more it stops and gets really hard to turn over, any clues? I am trying to torque down the rockers arms....

Why are you turning the motor over? Every time you tighten a pair it will create compression and be harder to turn over.

Make sure the push rods are lined up and just tighten each (of the 2 bolts) a little at time, until they are seated. Then do the final torque. And btw, if you feel better doing it the way you have been, remove the spark plugs and the motor will turn over easier.
