aight well after reading all the posts i defintely will go with the SCT, ive alreqdy contacted hemifever and let him know he was reccomended to go to and told him my interest so ill defentely being buying one in the next few days, thanks all you guys for chiming in

I don't know about that. I'd start with gears. These trucks are geared from the factory for fuel economy and drivetrain longevity. Regearing goes a long way to overcome the weight.

yea I want a 3.73 if they make them for are year trucks.

Why 3.73? That would make basically no difference over the stock 3.55.

i disagree with that too.


my 3.92's arent to bad. but i would prefer 4.56's.....3.55 to 3.73=waste of money.

realy i gess so its not that big of a gear what about 4.10 i think 4.56 are HUGH. Wont my mgp go down whit a taller gear?

i would like to have 33 i have 245/75/16 on there now. im looking at 16X8 wheels dick cepek dc1 black. not sure how wide of a tire i want to go.

For 33's, 4.10 is the way to go. Actually, in m opinion, 4.27 would be the best, but noone makes a 4.27 for the 9.25. So you can go with 4.10 or 4.56. 4.56 would be awesome for bottom performance with 33's, but you would probably hate it when trying to do 75 or 80 on the interstate. 4.10's therefore are the choice for all around use. Guess it depends on how you use your truck though.

some mud not to much to many ppl around where i live at. A far amount of around town and a few high way trips a month. over 300 miles a trip. and some racing down the high way and from a dead start.
