yeah i hear you guys....i dont beat my truck up i just did it once to see if it would do it going fast which it doesnt...i dont understand why sometimes it will do it randomly today it didnt do it at all but yesterday it did it all day so i dont know if it would be the bearing or what since it doesnt do it everytime i drive

 

I thought 85 was fast if you knew your truck was having steering/alignment/axle problems...haha. I wasnt aware you were supposed to test the problem by seeing if it suddenly decides to just give out on you at 105... Ive never even broken 100 in my truck on a normal hwy or road...let alone done it if I felt it was unsafe to do so...I usually diagnose those problems by checking to see if any bolts are loose, any bushings are wearing down, or any parts are missing or broken... btw, did you check to see if you still have a steering stabilizer

 

yeah lol its on there i dont know what it could be it vibrates the whole truck but doesnt seem like its coming from one side or the other itll just come and go but the whole truck feels like it vibrates evenly all over im replacing the bearing real soon i hope after i manage to find 100 sumthin bucks

 

take it to an alignment shop and have them check the alignment for you...cant hurt. its pretty cheap just to have it diagnosed if it even costs anything depending on where you go.

 

yeah my friend works at a shop i did my alignment there the other night and it was right on i cant tell where its coming from i mean the bearing makes some noise but its not vibrating from that side it feels like the whole truck i checked to see if a weight came off the driveshaft and made it unbalanced but its fine.....i dont know what or where it is because it only does it sometimes not all the time everyday its once in awhile here and there

 

possibly your gears in your differential, you may have a chipped tooth in one of your gears, if so I suggest getting it fixed because over time if it stays in there it will strip all of your gears and youll be stuck taking the driveshaft out and driving home in 4wd because the back axle wont turn the wheels. happened to me and it sounds somewhat like the same thing that I was experiencing, although I never tried it at high speeds...

 

well thats no good...i sure hope not if thats what it is time for a locker upgrade but woukdnt that make it do it all the time that i drive also?considering its always in motion mine only does it once in awhile like randomly its driving me nuts

 

the vibration feels like i have a set of gnarly super swampers on my truck....

 

Mine makes a WiErD noise in the 35 - 45 range, I work IT for H&R Blocks and right now I'm busier than a one legged man in a Shat kickin contest. But I need to list all my symptoms and info for Montec to straightem me out.
